Transubstantiation - We believe that the bread and wine/water is changed into the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ. Even though it looks the same and maybe even tastes the same that really is Jesus's Body and Blood.
"Jesus said to them, "Amen, amen, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you do not have life within you. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has enternal life, and I will raise him on the last day. For my flesh is true food, and my blood true drink. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me and I in him"" John 6:53-56
Apostolic - Leading all the way back to the apostles. Our church goes back over 2000 years to when the apostles and Jesus were alive. So that means that we are an apostolic church because we lead all the way back to the apostles.
